What are the check-in / check-out times? Is it possible to do an early check-in / late check-out?
Check-in starts at 3p.m., and check-out is before noon. Early check-in or late check-out requests are possible depending on availabilities. Late check-out is upon availability with an additional fee: 50% of the best available rate between 12 noon and 4 pm / 100% of the best available rate for a departure after 4 pm

What is served for breakfast? Is it included in the price of the room?
Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet, with a selection of fresh fruit juices, jams, breads, pastries, cheese platter, cold cuts, fruits, yogurts, scrambled eggs and bacon, cereal, milk (non-dairy options), organic products, etc.
It is included in the price "Breakfast Included". 
You can also ask to enjoy your breakfast from the comfort of your room :)

Are there any family rooms?
Yes, we have different configurations of rooms for families (suites, rooms with sofa beds, connecting rooms ...). You can also add a bed in some rooms for 70€/night. Do not hesitate to call us (+33 1 43 20 82 42) so that we can help you organize your stay with your family.

Are there any twin rooms?
Yes we do have twin rooms. You can request this room organization during your booking by checking the "twin beds" box.

Are there any accessible rooms for people with reduced mobility?
No, we haven't rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. 

Does the hotel accept pets?
No, Pets are not allowed.

Can we smoke in the rooms?
Sorry, our hotel is 100% non-smoking.

How much does an airport / hotel transfer cost?
You can take a taxi for the fixed price of 58 € (CDG airport) or 32 € (Orly airport), or let us organize a private transfer.

Can I leave luggage at the hotel if I am going to visit the rest of the country for a few days?
You can leave your luggage with us, it will wait patiently until your return.

Is there a concierge service?
Yes. Our concierge team is here to answer all your questions, help you with your reservations, etc.

Can you recommend restaurants?
Of course, our concierge team can help you find the perfect restaurant. Do not hesitate to come see us at the front desk or call us (+33 1 43 20 82 42), we know all the best spots!

Does the hotel have parking space?
The hotel has a private parking space. The price is 34€/day.

I am a travel agent and would like to make a reservation for a client. Do you have preferential rates for agencies?
You can consult our page dedicated to travel agents to know the booking conditions.

Is there a loyalty program?
No, we do not have a loyalty card program. But we know how to reward all our loyal customers ;)

What are the different rates on your website?
We offer different rates on our website:
- Room only flexible rate (refundable up to 2 days before stay).
- Room & breakfast flexible rate (refundable up to 2 days before the stay).
- Room only pre-payment (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable).
- Room & breakfast in pre-payment (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable).
Flexible rates are more expensive but allow you to change your mind. Pre-payment rates are more restrictive but cheaper. The choice is yours !
